Entrepreneurship by Jesse Willms

If you have courage in the tumultuous business world, you should be daring enough to face the worst problems like:  bankruptcy or failure,  because of bad management. Because the risk of an entrepreneurial venture is often very high, it attracts entrepreneurs who want to make a lot of money. However, if there were only low risk ventures, you would not attract the best ones.  Jesse Willms, a Canadian entrepreneur,  gives  you his experience in entrepreneurship. As a successful entrepreneur he talks about what entrepreneurship means to him.
Before you get involved in a business, you should think carefully about the pros and cons.  Employees work for companies to keep the pot boiling and help their families survive. However,  if they make a mistake in a decision, they can lose their job. There are always risks in any business, whether you are the boss or the employee. Most entrepreneurs don’t want to work for other people. They want to work for themselves. So you must weigh out the pros and cons of becoming an entrepreneur and decide whether you fit the qualifications and what is best for you.  Good entrepreneurs can plan strategies, acquire clients and meet their goals; which usually include  making more money and having personal success.
